Q: How do I change the delivery address for my subscription product/s
You can change the delivery address for future orders which have not been confirmed (with an HAR-... reference number by email).
To modify your existing shipping address then visit your account's Subscription settings. Please sign-in to your Harringtons account in the usual way:
- Navigate to the Dashboard in My Account
- Select SUBSCRIPTIONS / My Subscriptions
- Select Shipping Addresses
- Select the address box you wish to update, then Edit Shipping Address
- Enter your details in the fields provided, ensuring your contact telephone is also correct
- Choose Save to confirm your changes
If you can’t access your account it probably hasn’t been activated, please see 'I can’t login into my account, my email is not recognised.' for guidance.
Alternatively you can contact our team who'll be glad to help update the shipping address. It may take a few days for our team to view and action your request, and we'll confirm by return message once it's done.
