Q: What's the best way to keep track of my parcel/s?
Answer:
When your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from us to notify who your parcel is being delivered by. We'd recommend you to download and use the courier's own app to see the most accurate tracking information, and keep abreast of any changes whilst it's in transit:
Dpd Courier
You can download the free DPD tracking app from your mobile's app store:

Once you have installed the app, open it and follow these instructions to set your preferences:
- Tap on the 'cogwheel' icon (top-left) to access your profile
- Select an address from the 'delivery addresses' section
- Fill out the details requested on-screen
- (scroll down to reveal more preferences, such as preferred neighbour)
- Tap 'save' when you're happy with the details you've entered

- Select your home address from the 'delivery addresses' section
