A: Voucher codes cannot be converted from one voucher type to another, by yourself or by our team unfortunately.

If the voucher you chose does not suit your needs then it must be deactivated by a member of our team, whereby the points associated to the voucher will be credited back into your Pet Club points pot - allowing you to redeem them again. We'll be happy to help, so drop us a message
