My order arrived and products are missing

Q: I've received a delivery parcel but items are missing / I'm missing product(s)

Answer:

Firstly, please check any paperwork enclosed with your received product. If everything looks correct or you have not received paperwork, then proceed to check your confirmation email and order records found within your Harringtons web account.

Split delivery

On some occasions your delivery may consist of multiple parcels which have been separated in transit, which is also known as being 'split'. Please allow 3 full business days for any outstanding product(s) to arrive with you.

You can make use of the courier's mobile app which is available for Android or Apple/iOS devices, to keep updated on their transit progress. We provide download links in your order dispatch email and here. Limited tracking data is also available via our website: Track My Parcel at Harringtons


If the tracking data on the courier's app or website does not confirm when you can expect to receive the missing goods, we will be more than happy to retrieve this information for you. We may require the assistance of the delivery partner to investigate the missing goods. Once this is concluded, should your missing item(s) remain undelivered then we will look to replace them as soon as possible.
