Q: I've placed an order but the voucher didn't work
The discount field at checkout will show whether a voucher is applied successfully or not. This will be displayed before you proceed to provide your payment details. For a voucher to fail, an error message will appear on screen. An example could look like this:
If you believe the voucher applied correctly and you have paid the wrong amount, then please contact us - providing a photo/ screengrab of the error message (where available) and your order HAR reference number.
