Codes received after redeeming Pet Points need to be applied at checkout for one-off orders or your account in the subscription section depending on what type of voucher you applied for.
If you chose the one-off voucher and intended to use it with your next subscription, please contact us and we will refund your points so you can redeem again choosing the subscription voucher. The code needs to be applied to your account before your next subscription order gets processed.
To apply the code to your account, please log in to the subscription portal, click 'Edit' next to the relevant subscription and then click ‘Apply Discount Code’ on the bottom of the page. If you can’t find it please contact us as your account might need adjusting.
The process must be repeated each time you receive a new discount code.
