You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time by visiting the Harringtons subscription portal- please note that orders charged cannot be cancelled. See our Help Centre article 'Can I cancel my order?' for further details.
Before proceeding, please read this important note:
Cancelling your subscription will not affect an order that has already processed, with a charge taken. This will usually be confirmed in your account online with a HAR reference number. This is also emailed to you. The action to cancel or deactivate a subscription will affect only upcoming orders showing in your Subscription Schedule.
Please log into your account, go to the subscription section (step 1) and click "edit" (step 2) next to the item you wish to cancel.
The cancellation button is at the very bottom of the page, please scroll down your screen and click the option displayed (step 3) which will either show as 'cancel subscription' or 'cancel item'. Pressing this button will cancel only the item you're currently editing.
Continue to select the reason for cancelling the item (step 4) and click "proceed" (step 5).
You will be given the opportunity to expand on your chosen reason by leaving optional notes, before you finalise the cancellation by selecting "Cancel My Subscription".
The above steps must be repeated for each product you wish to deactivate.
