You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Harringtons subscription portal
Please log into your account, go to the subscription section (step 1) and click "edit" (step 2) next to the item you wish to cancel. The cancellation button is on the very bottom of the site, please scroll down your screen (step 3). Then select the reason and click "proceed" (step 4). This action needs to be repeated for each individual item in your subscription.
You can also send as such a request but please note we are only available within normal business working hours Mon-Fri. Please allow 1-3 working days to process your cancellation request. The guaranteed way of cancelling a due subscription is to access your account online. Any requests sent via email or voicemail may not be actioned immediately. We highly recommend using the subscription portal available 24/7.
Cancelling your subscription will not affect any orders already processed, it will only affect upcoming orders.
