You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time by visiting the Harringtons subscription portal - please note that orders charged cannot be cancelled. See our Help Centre article 'Can I cancel my order?' for further details.
Before proceeding, please read this important note:
Cancelling your subscription will not affect an order that has already processed, with a charge taken. This will usually be confirmed in your account online with a HAR reference number. This is also emailed to you. The action to cancel or deactivate a subscription will affect only upcoming orders showing in your Subscription Schedule.
To cancel a subscription product
Sign-in to your account and view the subscription section (step 1) and select "edit" (step 2) next to the item you wish to cancel.
The cancellation button is at the very bottom of the page, please move down the page and choose the option presented (step 3) which will either show as 'cancel subscription' or 'cancel item'. Continue to choose the reason for cancelling the item (step 4) and select "proceed".
To finalise the cancellation, select the option presented below (step 5). You will be given the opportunity to expand on your chosen reason by leaving notes, however these are option and you can leave this blank if you wish.

The above steps must be repeated for each active subscription product that appears in your subscriptions list (if you wish to cancel the entire arrangement).
