A Harringtons subscription gives you complete flexibility to skip your scheduled subscription deliveries ahead of time, whether you have an upcoming holiday or you already have more food than you need. You will not be charged for any orders that are skipped ahead of time.
Please note: you can only skip scheduled orders that have not yet been placed and we recommend to do so a minimum of 24 hours before its selected date. You will be sent a reminder 3 days before your next order is placed (by email). If you have already received an order confirmation, please see: Can I cancel my order?

Using the skip feature allows you to delay orders without fully cancelling your recurring order arrangement. You don't need to contact us to do this, you can do it any time yourself using the Harringtons Subscription Portal by following these simple steps.
Step 1 - Login to the Harringtons Subscription Portal
You will first need to login to the Harringtons Subscription Portal using the details you used when you registered.

Step 2 - Subscription Frequency Schedule
Once you are in the subscription portal, click on "SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY SCHEDULE" in the navigation to access a list of your scheduled upcoming subscription orders:
Click "SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY SCHEDULE" at the top of the page. |
First tap "SUBSCRIPTIONS" at the top of the page. |
Then tap "SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY SCHEDULE" from the drop-down. |
You will then see a list of all your upcoming scheduled subscription orders. Above each scheduled subscription, you will see the date in which the order is scheduled to be placed and the delivery address:
Step 3 - Skipping Items
Next to each subscription item, you will see a 'SKIP' button. Click this button for the item(s) you wish to skip:
You will then see a confirmation message, indicating the date of the next shipment. Click "SKIP" to confirm that you wish to skip the selected delivery.
Once you have skipped an item, it will show as "SKIPPED" next to the title.
You can always 'UNSKIP' should you change your mind, and your scheduled delivery will take place on the original date.
Please note - if you have multiple items arriving on the same day and you wish to skip them all, you will need to click 'skip' for each item.
We recommend skipping deliveries at least 24 hours before they are due to be placed. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be skipped - for more information see: Can I cancel my order?
