When you order from the Harringtons website, you can choose between a subscription or a one-time order for each item that you purchase (note: some products are not available for subscription).
This choice is made when you add items to your basket. On the product page, you can choose between:
- Subscribe To Save (15%)
- One-time Order
This is highlighted in the example below:
You can change your selected option by clicking between them before clicking "add to cart".
The price displayed will reflect the selected option (items purchased on a subscription benefit from a 15% discount, for example).
If you choose to subscribe to save, you can also select how often you would like to order the item, this defaults to 4 weeks but can be anything between 2 and 12 weeks (don't worry, this can also be adjusted at any time later in your account).
You must choose each time you add an item to your basket, as it is possible to have a mixed order of both one-time items and subscription items.
When you reach the basket page, your chosen items will be listed under a heading of "one-time purchases" or "subscriptions" depending on your selected option for each item, as demonstrated below:
Finally, when you arrive at the checkout, if any of your items have been setup as a subscription, the summary will display how often the products have been set up to arrive:
When you reach the end of the checkout process, you will be asked to confirm your subscription:
Upon placing your order, you will be immediately sent an e-mail confirming the set up of your subscription:
From here on, we'll automatically place your future orders according to the frequency you chose and using the payment and delivery details you saved during checkout.
You will also be sent an email asking you to activate your account, this is to confirm your email address and will enable you to manage your subscription in the account area:
