A Harringtons subscription gives you complete flexibility to change your scheduled subscription deliveries whether you need more/less food or you would like to try another flavour.
You don't need to contact us to do this, you can do it any time yourself using the Harringtons Subscription Portal by following these simple steps.
Please note: you can only change your upcoming scheduled orders that have not yet been placed and you will need to do so at least 24 hours before it is due. You will be sent a reminder 7 days before your next subscription order is placed. Step 1 - Login to the Harringtons Subscription Portal
You will first need to login to the Harringtons Subscription Portal using the details you used when you registered.
If you're not sure what your login details are, you can enter your email address here to request a link.
Step 2 - Changing existing Subscription Orders
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your active subscription orders and the 'next shipment date' (the date your next order will be placed).
Click the "EDIT" button next to the subscription you wish to change unless you want to add a new product (please see below in the next step).
Step 3 - Edit Subscription
- changing the quantity
Click the little arrow next to the product. Then operate the + / - buttons to adjust the quantity, click "UPDATE". You will be taken back to your subscription card, the quantity will be updated.
- swapping an item
If you want to swap an existing item in your subscription, for example you want to try another flavour or a bigger quantity follow the same step as above, click the little arrow and then click "SWAP PRODUCT". You will be prompted to pick a new item in the next step. You can type a "key" word in the search field on the top or browse through pages on the bottom. When you select the product you want adjust the quantity, the delivery schedule and then click "SWAP PRODUCT".
Important note: the charge date for your new item will be the same as the rest of your subscription. If this needs to be changed please follow the instruction from this article How do I change the date of my upcoming subscription order?
- adding an item
If you need to add an item to your subscription please use the yellow button "ADD PRODUCT". If you don't see the screen below please click the "SUBSCRIPTION" section from the menu above your details. You will be prompted to pick an item.
Once selected please adjust the quantity, schedule and the next shipment date - this can be adjusted by clicking "Custom charge date".
Important note: the 'next shipment date' (also referred to as 'next charge date') is the date when your next order will be placed. The date that your order will actually arrive will depend on when your order is despatched and how long it takes for our courier partners to reach you. - removing an item
To remove an item you need to cancel your subscription. The term "subscription" identifies each individual item on your card. To cancel your entire subscription order with us you need to cancel each individual item.
Please click "EDIT" next to the item you want to remove. Scroll down the page to the bottom and click "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION". You will be asked to provide with the reason, please choose from the list and click "PROCEED". You can also leave comments. when you are ready click "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION". You will get a confirmation email after this step is completed.
Other things to note:

You can change the delivery schedule if you require your orders more often or less frequently. We recommend to adjust the schedule and then double check if the "next shipment date" is correct. Amending the schedule often results in changing the next shipment date.

You can check the dates of future orders by visiting the "SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY SCHEDULE". These will be set based on your next order date and the frequency of your orders.
- If you have multiple subscription items on the same day and would like to move them all to a different date, you will need to edit each item individually.
- You can only change the date of upcoming scheduled orders that have not yet been placed and you will need to do so at least 24 hours before it is due.
