Why did you run out?
When you place an order on harringtonspetfood.com, it is fulfilled by us directly at our main warehouse in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, where we also manufacture the majority of our food. Some of our products are however made elsewhere, such as our wet dog food which is manufactured at our facility in Wales.
While we do everything we can to ensure there is plenty of stock available, there can occasionally be temporary supply issues outside of our control (packaging or ingredients for example) or sudden unforeseen demand.
If you have a subscription for one of the affected products, wherever possible we will try to fulfil a like-for-like swap using an alternative size; please get in touch by clicking here to confirm this.
The quantity may be adjusted to reflect the original amount of food you ordered. We will aim to match the price of your original subscription product when doing this.
