We currently offer FREE standard delivery on subscription orders when you spend £30 or more, per transaction. To benefit, you need to ensure that your subscription products are combined to the same arrangement and the same shipping address, as described below.
When products are set to the same date each time, they will be expected to ship together and arrive in a few days (stock and service disruption dependant).

Combining multiple subscription items into a single delivery
Check that your subscription product settings meet the four following criteria for free shipping:
- Charge date is the same per item you want to order together
- Frequency is the same for items you want to order together
- Sub-total meets minimum spend for items you want to order together (consider discounts or vouchers)
- Shipping address is the same, for all items concerned**
If the shipping address is different per item, these are considered to be separate subscription arrangements which can incur their own shipping fees if left unchanged.
Please see example below, showing two arrangements separated by differing address data:

Adding new items to your existing subscription
Once you sign-up for your first subscription, in order to add additional items and combine these into the same delivery, the additional items will need to be added using the Harringtons Subscription Portal using the 'Add product' feature (instead of registering for a new subscription through the website checkout - click here for help).
Get free subscriber delivery with different schedules
Each product that you add to the Harringtons Subscription Portal can have a different settings including but not limited to: delivery frequency (i.e. how often orders recur for the item) and date (the day an order is placed and charged). Therefore it is possible to set individual products to their own schedules. To benefit from free delivery whilst still having different schedules, you could increase the quantity of product you'll order (per transaction) and lessen the frequency with which you order them so that you are ordering at least £30 worth each time.
Please note, free standard delivery is not available for some 'harder to reach' areas where a reduced charge may still apply - full details of our delivery charges can be found on our delivery information page.
If you have set up multiple subscriptions via the website checkout
If you choose to add new subscriptions products by the website checkout process (instead of adding them in the subscription portal, using the 'add product' button), this will cause the items to be treated as separate arrangements and you will not benefit from free delivery.
Don't worry - if you have done this by mistake and would like to merge items into a single delivery, please contact us with the email registered to your account and we will be happy to help you fix this.
