We’re aware of the recent surge in severe feline pancytopenia (as reported by the BBC) and are deeply saddened by the news of cats being affected by it.

The cause is not yet known but has been isolated to a single manufacturer in which Harringtons pet food has no connection.

We would like to reassure our customers that Harringtons cat food products are unaffected by this and there is no recall in place for our products.

The Food Standards Agency and Royal Veterinary College are investigating the matter and there has been no cases of feline pancytopenia linked to Harringtons cat food.
