If you have a discount code or voucher code which is valid on a 'new purchase' at checkout, please follow the instructions outlined below - before providing payment:

STEP 1 - PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

You will be given the opportunity to apply your discount code before completing the payment for the order. We recommend avoiding the use of the 'Express checkout' option for PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay as you may miss the discount field to use.

On the first page of the checkout you will find a discount code box to enter and apply your code:

STEP 2 - APPLY DISCOUNT CODE

Make sure you enter your code exactly as you see it - including lowercase letters, capital letters, symbols and numbers where appropriate. To avoid mistakes, it is usually best to copy and paste the code. When you're ready, click Apply.

If your code is applicable to the order you are trying to place, then you will see a message to show it's applied successfully. Should the code not be applicable, then a message similar to the below will appear:

After checking the Terms & Conditions of the offer, if you believe the code should still apply then contact our team who will be glad to investigate. It is important that you contact our team before you place the order if you want to benefit from the discount, as we cannot apply it after the order has been paid for.
