The card details used to pay for your subscription orders are stored within your account and can be managed by visiting the payment methods section of the subscription portal.
Adding a new payment method / changing your card details
Click 'add new payment method' and fill in the form to provide your new card details, ensuring you select 'Update' at the very bottom of the form once you're done:
Assigning your subscription products, to your new payment method
Once the new payment method has been added, it will need to be linked with your subscription products before it can be used. The quickest way is to visit the 'shipping addresses' area, select the address you would like to link with your new payment method and then choose "change payment method":
After clicking 'change payment method' a menu will appear, allowing you to select your new card in the list provided. Choose it using the selection dot and finally click 'save' to apply the change.
If you have multiple shipping addresses saved, you may need to repeat this process for each address if you want them to all to use the new payment details.
Vaulted Payment Methods
If you see the message "Vaulted Payment Method" this means that your card details are stored and managed within your PayPal account, rather than within your Harringtons account (think of it as your payment details being "locked away in a vault" which is PayPal). If this is the case, you will need to log in to your PayPal account to manage your card directly with PayPal as we don't have the access required to make changes on your behalf.
If you would like to stop using PayPal and instead add a debit or credit card directly to our website, you can click "add new payment method" and fill in the details of the card you would like to add to your Harringtons subscription account.
If you would like to add a new PayPal account, unfortunately, this can currently only be done by cancelling your subscription and then creating a new subscription, entering the new PayPal details during the checkout process.
