Q: My payment information can't be updated in the account settings, can you help?
To update your payment details, please follow this guide: How do I change my subscription's payment method?
After adding a new card, please check your items are assigned to the correct address and desired payment method. You will be able to see this in your account, as described in the guide above.
For payments completed through a PayPal account, you will need to manage your card details within your PayPal account directly. Our team are unable to access or change your PayPal details for you.
If you prefer to stop using PayPal or encounter payment failure by this method, you can continue your order by adding a new payment card directly to the Harringtons website, click here for guidance.
It's not possible to add a completely new PayPal account to an existing Harringtons account unfortunately. To start using a new PayPal account, create a new order via the checkout and enter your new PayPal account details to complete the payment.
Please ensure your billing address is accurate and matches the address that your payment card is registered to. Comparing your postal bank records with your digital can help - however if you use paperless banking then contacting them directly would be the best option.
