With Harringtons Pet Club, you can earn Pet Points every time you place an order or complete certain activities.
Once you have accumulated enough to meet the thresholds, you can convert points into a voucher code by visiting the Pet Club rewards page area. To make the discount apply to your next order, the applicable voucher type must be either; A) applied to an active ongoing subscription or B) applied at the checkout for a brand new order (one-time or starting your first subscription with us).
There are two segments of vouchers to choose from. The correct voucher type must be selected for the type of order you wish to make, and they cannot interchange. You may choose between vouchers that can be redeemed against brand new purchases or vouchers to use on a pre-existing, upcoming subscription order:
Once you have selected "get reward" for the voucher you wish to redeem, you will be shown a confirmation on the screen. This will state which voucher type you're about to redeem with your points. If the voucher you selected was incorrect, choose 'not now' to go back and select a different one.
Upon confirming, you will be shown your voucher code on the screen. To avoid entering the wrong code, it's best to select the clipboard icon on the right to copy it to your device's clipboard. This will allow you to paste it easily later on:

I can't find my voucher code, what now?
If you lose your code at any point, don't worry, you can find all your previous rewards listed at the bottom of the same rewards page, under Step 3 - Use Rewards and click 'View Reward' to see your code:
- 'Checkout' voucher codes can be applied to a single new order or to your first ever subscription. If you have redeemed your points for an active subscription code by mistake, please contact us and we can cancel and credit your points back to you. They won't be lost, you'll be able to redeem them again!
- Voucher codes cannot be converted from one voucher type to another, by yourself or by our team. If you want to change your voucher, it must first be deactivated by a member of our team and the points value credited back to your account.
- PetClub discount codes are usually valid against one charge only and are unique to your account, unless stated otherwise.
