Snow and severe weather conditions are impacting our courier's service in recent times. Please note, despite your local depot not being affected - the depots and hubs from which your parcel travels may be, and this can contribute to unexpected delays.
Please be advised due to the time of year, weather conditions are anticipated to remain a factor in the delivery and collection operations of our courier's. The potential for travel disruption may result in some orders being delivered later than usual and we may be unable to fulfil our usual levels of service - these things are outside our control and we're really sorry if you are affected. We receive assurance that our courier's are working hard to minimise the impact of these delays, and that you will receive updates of any delay (depending on the contact information you have provided).
Please allow an extra 2-3 days arrival time upon the original delivery estimate from checkout (or from our main page for pre-existing subscriptions, see here). If you see no parcel movement updates on the carrier's tracking record, report a missing parcel to us only after the above time has elapsed.
