Points per Order: You can earn up to a maximum of 100 points for each order you review. It's important to remember that points are awarded per order, not per individual product. So, whether your order contains one product or ten, the maximum points per review remain the same.

Breakdown of Points:
- Review Points: You will receive 50 points for writing a review of your order.
- Photo Bonus: An additional 25 points are awarded if you include a photo of your pet with our products in your review.

Video Bonus: If you include a video of your pet with our products, you earn another bonus of 25 points.

Review Eligibility: Please note that you can only review each product once. If you've previously reviewed a product, you won't be invited to review it again.

Review Invitation: After your order is delivered, we'll send you an email invitation to leave a review. This ensures you've had enough time to try out our products. To receive this invitation, make sure you're opted-in to receive email marketing from us. You can opt-in at harringtonspetfood.com/optin.

Points Awarding: Points are awarded immediately after submitting your review through the invitation email. Please note, we are unable to offer points for reviews submitted manually through the website. To earn points, the review must be submitted via the invitation email which is linked to your Pet Club account.
- Exclusions: These points are for product reviews on our website only. Reviews on Trustpilot do not qualify for points or rewards, as Trustpilot prohibits incentivising reviews.
