To help you provide that care at a fair price, we’re pleased to offer our Subscriber Price Guarantee. Here’s a simple guide on how it works for you:

Our Subscriber Price Guarantee
With our Subscriber Price Guarantee, you’ll always pay the lowest price advertised on our website when your order processes. If there’s a sale or promotion you want to take advantage of, we’ve got you covered. Our system will automatically adjust to the latest sale price, so you won’t miss out on any savings.

How It Works

  • Regular Price Checks: The price displayed in your account might differ slightly from our website at times. This happens because our system checks and adjusts prices a few times before your order processes, beginning 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. If a sale launches within this period, your price will be updated automatically to reflect those savings.

  • Final Price Check on Delivery Day: On the day your order is due, we’ll perform one last check to make sure you’re getting the lowest possible price. If our website has a lower price than what’s in your account, we’ll update your order before processing.

  • Extra Subscription Discounts: Alongside sale prices, our subscribers also benefit from additional subscription discounts for even greater savings.

Using the "Send Now" Feature
If you need your order sooner and use the “Send Now” feature, the price you see in your account at that time will apply. To ensure you receive any available sale prices, we recommend setting the delivery for the following day, which allows our system to adjust the price. For urgent orders, please reach out to our customer care team, who can process a refund for any price difference after the order is placed.

Subscriber Loyalty Rewards

Price Adjustments and Notifications
When you first subscribe during a sale, your initial order will benefit from those discounted prices. Should a new sale arise before a future order processes, we’ll match it automatically. After the sale ends, your subscription will return to the standard price. If we ever need to increase prices, we’ll notify you at least 7 days in advance. If the change falls within 7 days of your order date, you’ll still pay the old price for that order, and new rates will only apply to future orders.

Delivery Charges
Our delivery policy provides free shipping on orders over a certain amount. In cases where a sale causes your subscription to fall below the free delivery threshold, an additional delivery charge may apply. To keep the sale benefits and free delivery, consider adjusting the quantity of your next order to reach the minimum, then reschedule the following order. But if this doesn’t suit, just contact our customer care team—they’re here to help and can refund any delivery charge for this situation.
