When redeeming a Pet Club reward, you’ll be given a choice of different discount types if you have an active subscription with us:

• Subscription reward – Provides £ off the next order for an existing subscription and can only be used in the subscription portal.
  
  
  
  
• One-time purchase reward – Provides £ off a new subscription order or any one-time purchase and must be used at checkout.
  
  

Once a Pet Club discount code has been redeemed, it cannot be changed or converted from one type to another.

However, if the reward you selected doesn’t suit your needs, our team can deactivate the reward, and the points used to redeem it will be credited back into your Pet Club points balance. This will allow you to redeem the correct type of discount.
