After redeeming your Pet Points into a voucher code, to benefit from the discount you chose the voucher code needs to be applied to your chosen order. The type of voucher you select will determine whether you apply it:
- to the subscription settings within your account ('next subscription order' vouchers)
- to the discount field at the checkout (for 'new purchase' vouchers)
If you created a 'new purchase' voucher in error and intended to use your points towards your next subscription order, please contact us. If the voucher remains unused then our team can cancel the existing voucher code and credit the Pet Points back to your account. This will allow you to redeem them against a new voucher type. The same can be done if the reverse is true; a subscription voucher is created instead of a 'new purchase' checkout voucher.
The voucher code needs to be applied to your account before the next subscription order is due to be processed (the date you select per product in the subscription portal).
To apply the code to your subscription:
- Log in to the subscription portal here
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose Edit next to an active product in your list
- Find Apply Discount near the bottom of the page
- Enter your code, and confirm by choosing Add Discount

The process must be repeated each time you wish to use a new discount code, and only one code can be applied per subscription account at a time.

For new purchases
The voucher code needs to be applied to the discount box at the checkout, before your payment method details are given. If you do this successfully, a confirmation message will appear on screen. Please note, a voucher code cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
