If you believe you cancelled your subscription but still received an order, here are some common reasons why this may have happened:
1. The subscription was cancelled too late
Subscription orders are typically charged around 4–5 am on the date selected in your subscription settings. If you cancelled your subscription on the same day as your selected date, your order may have already been processed by the time you cancelled.
2. Multiple subscription items on your account
If you have more than one subscription item, cancelling one does not automatically cancel others. Each item is an individual subscription so must be cancelled individually.
3. Skipped or delayed subscriptions
Skipping or delaying a subscription affects only the specific order or date you choose to skip. It does not cancel future orders, which will still occur according to your set frequency. Skipping or delaying is useful for temporary breaks but not for cancelling entirely.

4. Incomplete cancellation process
When cancelling, you’ll be asked to select a reason and may be prompted for feedback. You must click "cancel my subscription" beneath the feedback box to complete the cancellation. If this step isn’t completed, the cancellation will not take effect.
5. A previously ‘stuck’ subscription has renewed
If your subscription order was delayed due to a payment or stock issue, we will automatically retry the order each day until it can be successfully placed or until you cancel it. This could result in an order being processed at a later date than expected, which might seem as though it was cancelled previously when it wasn’t.
How to check if your subscription is cancelled
After cancelling, you can verify that no future orders are scheduled by checking the "view upcoming orders" and "Manage subscriptions" sections of the subscription portal.
