Q: How can I update my contact telephone?
You can change the contact number in your account, however please note that this will not affect any purchases you've already had confirmed and charged (with an HAR reference number by email usually).
To change your telephone contact, please sign-in to your Harringtons account in the usual way:
- Select SUBSCRIPTIONS / My Subscriptions
- Select Shipping Addresses
- Select the address box you wish to update, then Edit Shipping Address
- Enter your details in the field provided
- Choose Save to confirm your changes
If you can’t access your account in this way, it probably hasn’t been activated just yet. For guidance on how you can complete this step, please see: 'I can’t login into my account, my email is not recognised.'
Alternatively you can contact us to request this update. It may take a few days for your request to be completed but we'll confirm by return message once it is.
