How to delete a payment method from your subscription

Need to delete a payment method from your account? This guide explains how to remove an old payment method from your subscription portal, step by step.

  1. Log In to Your Harringtons Account
    Visit the Harringtons website and log in to your account using your registered email and password.

  2. Access the Subscription Portal
    Once logged in, navigate to your Subscription Portal.

  3. Navigate to your Address and Payment Details
    Once in your Subscription Portal, click "Address and Payment Details" to view your registered addresses and payment methods.

  4. Click "Manage payment methods" to view your registered payment methods

  5. Click the "Remove" button next to the payment method you'd like to delete

    This step will only work if the "Remove" button is highlighted in red. If it is highlighted red, you can simply click the "Remove" button and a window will appear asking you to confirm this deletion.

    Click "Got it: remove payment method" to confirm. Your payment method will then be deleted.

    If the "Remove" button is grey, you must first click "Edit".

    The below window will appear requesting to send you an email with the edit payment link. Click "Send edit payment link" to proceed. You will receive an email shortly with a link to edit or delete this payment method.

  6. Verify your payment method has been deleted
    After following the above steps, you can verify your payment method has been deleted by viewing your list of registered payment methods. The deleted payment method should no longer be visible in the list.
