Looking to pause your subscription? This guide shows you how to skip your next order or reschedule it to a date that works better for you.

There are two ways you can pause your subscription:

Method 1: Skip your upcoming order
After viewing your upcoming order, you can click the "Skip" button to cancel your upcoming order and instead receive your next scheduled order.

For example if your chosen delivery frequency is 6 weeks, skipping your upcoming order will mean you will receive your order at the next 6 week cycle.

Method 2: Reschedule or Delay your upcoming order
If you'd like to pause your subscription for a specified timeframe, you should use the "Reschedule" feature. To do this you will need to view your next order and click "Reschedule".

This will then give you the option to delay your next order by 1 or 2 weeks, or choose a specific date to receive that order on.
