I swapped an out-of-stock product in my subscription—do I need to do anything else, and when will I receive my order?

If you've recently changed an item in your subscription because the original item was out of stock, you might be wondering if there's anything else you need to do and when your updated order will arrive. Subscription orders are typically processed every morning between 5 am and 6 am. Your swapped item will be automatically processed during the next scheduled processing time.

Automatic processing of your subscription change

    Once you've swapped the item in your subscription, there's nothing else you need to do. Our system will automatically update and process your subscription with the new swapped product the following morning.

  • When to expect your order
    After processing, your order will be dispatched according to our standard delivery timelines. You can expect to receive your order as per the usual delivery schedule.

How to receive your order sooner

If you'd like to speed up the process, you can choose the "Send now" option in your account settings. This will immediately process your upcoming order with the new item you've selected, ensuring you receive it as soon as possible.
