How to Swap or Change a Product in your Subscription?

Need to change a product in your subscription? This guide shows you how to swap your current product for a different one in just a few easy steps.

  1. Log In to Your Harringtons Account
    Go to the Harringtons website and log in to your account using your registered email and password.

  2. Access the Subscription Portal
    Navigate to your "Subscriptions Portal" from the main menu or account area.

  3. Select the Subscription to Swap
    In the portal, you'll see a list of your active subscriptions. Find the product/subscription you'd like to swap and click "Manage this subscription".

  4. Choose 'Swap This for a Different Product'
    Look for the option to "Swap This for a Different Product" and select it to begin the swapping process.

  5. Select New Product and Preferences
    Browse the available products and choose the one you'd like to swap to. Then, select your preferred delivery frequency and quantity for the new product.

  6. Click 'Swap Product'
    Once you've made your selection, click the "Swap Product" button.

  7. Confirm the Swap
    A green confirmation prompt will appear. You will now see your new product subscription in your active subscriptions.

Your subscription product has now been successfully swapped! The new product will be included in your future deliveries based on the delivery frequency you've chosen.
