How to skip an order in your Subscription

Have enough food and want to skip your next order? This guide shows you how to skip an upcoming subscription delivery and confirm the changes.

  1. Log In to Your Harringtons Account
    Visit the Harringtons website and log in to your account using your registered email and password.

  2. Access the Subscription Portal
    Once logged in, navigate to your Subscription Portal.

  3. View Upcoming Orders

    • To skip the next scheduled order, first click on "View Your Next Order."

    • If you'd like to skip a future order, click on "View Upcoming Orders" to see all your scheduled deliveries.

  4. Select the Order to Skip
    After finding the order you wish to skip, locate and click the "Skip" button and then "Yes, skip this order" to confirm.

  5. Verify the Skipped Order
    You can verify that the order has been successfully skipped by checking the order status in your subscription portal. The skipped order should be marked appropriately.

If you change your mind, you can easily unskip an order by clicking "Unskip".

You have now successfully skipped an order! If you've skipped your next order, the subsequent order will arrive as per your set delivery frequency. To review all of your upcoming orders click "View upcoming orders".
