Preparing your parcel(s)
Whilst in process of generating your return documents and label, we ask that you ensure the 'reference' is your original Harringtons order number (e.g. HAR-.....). The paperwork that's received with your goods is known as the 'packing slip', which will be found either within the parcel or in a clear document wallet attached to the outside. Please enclose a copy of this document and write clearly 'returned for refund' upon it.

To ensure swift processing please provide notice of your intent by clicking here and select the 'Order & Delivery' option. We will require the following data to enable parcel tracking:
- The carrier name you are using
- The carrier's shipping reference ID

The courier may leave your parcel in a safe place automatically, without your presence, if this has been requested in the past for previous deliveries to your address (with us or via other retailers). It will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for a return within 14 days of delivery.
