How do I apply a discount code to a new order?

If you have a discount code or voucher code which is valid on a 'new purchase' at checkout, including a new one-time purchase or a new subscription order, please follow the instructions outlined below to apply your discount before providing payment:

Step 1 - add items to your basket

Browse our website and add items to your basket as normal.

If your discount code is limited to a specific type of order (e.g. "one-time purchase" Vs subscription), make sure to select the correct type of purchase when adding the items to the basket.

Step 2 - continue to the checkout

After you have added items to your basket, continue to the checkout. You will be given the opportunity to apply your discount code before completing the payment for the order. 

If you are using an 'Express Checkout' option such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, please ensure you have applied the discount code by following the next step first before selecting one of these payment methods.

Step 3 - apply your discount code

Checkout on a Mobile Device

If you are viewing the website on a mobile device, you'll find a field to enter your discount code within the section titled 'Order summary'. This can be accessed at the top of the checkout page by toggling the order summary section, and can also be found at the bottom of the page.

   

Checkout on a Desktop Device

If you are viewing the website on a desktop (or laptop) device, you'll find the field to enter your discount code on the right-hand side of the checkout.

Entering the discount code

Make sure you enter your code exactly as you see it - including lowercase letters, capital letters, symbols and numbers where appropriate. To avoid mistakes, it is usually best to copy and paste the code, but make sure you haven't copied any extra spaces at the start or end of the code. When you're ready, click Apply.

If your code is applicable to the order you are trying to place, then you will see a message to show it's applied successfully and the order total will update to reflect the new discounted amount.

If your discount code isn't working

If your discount code is intended for an existing subscription (i.e. a repeat/recurring order you have already set up), it may not work in the checkout for a new order.
