I'm unable to change my subscription, my screen freezes or goes blank, what do I do?

Our website is designed to work with all internet enabled devices. Should you encounter a problem with viewing or selecting things on our site, we highly recommend first trying:

1. A different browser

2. Another device

3. An alternative internet connection (hardwire broadband, wifi or mobile network such as 4G)

 

Support for Internet Explorer

The web browser 'Internet Explorer' is on longer supported by software updates. It is now outdated and many websites will lack backwards compatibility with modern website features, it is quite possible there are issues using the subscription portal in Internet Explorer.

In August 2020 Microsoft stopped supporting Internet Explorer for some of their own services (Microsoft Teams for example), and by August 2021 it is expected to stop being supported on most if not all of their services.

 

Recommended Browsers

Use the latest version of a modern web browser for the best security and experience. Older browsers or outdated software may cause problems like freezing the page, going blank, missing features. Some options include:
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge (Microsoft's replacement to Internet Explorer)
