If you click a link in emails relating to your subscription, you may be asked to verify your identity for security reasons by receiving and entering a verification code that is emailed to you.
The page will look similar to the example below and will show an obscured version of your email address.
Select your email address by clicking on it, and then choose "send me a verification code". Once you receive the code, enter it on the following screen exactly as it is shown in your email to proceed.
I haven't received the code
The code will be sent to your email address and may take up to 2 minutes to arrive. If you don't receive the code, please double-check your spam or 'junk' folders in case your email service provider has moved the email to this folder.
If you have checked your spam/junk folder and still can't find the code, you can go back and submit the form again to receive a new code. If after retrying, the code still doesn't arrive, please see the section below for an alternative method.
I have received the code, but it didn't work
Please make sure to enter the code exactly as it appears in your email, and make sure you haven't accidentally copied any spaces before or after the code.
Only the last code that was requested will work, so if you have requested the code multiple times and the code you enter is not accepted, it is possible the code you tried was the earlier code you originally requested and another code may arrive shortly after.
Alternative (if verification doesn't work)
If you have tried to receive and enter a verification code but cannot progress past this point, there is an alternative.
Simply head to the subscription login page where you can either click "login to manage subscriptions" to access your account using your account email address and password, or alternatively select "get a login link" to be sent a link to your email address which will give you temporary access to your account without requiring verification.
Once you have logged in, continue to the subscription portal where you can then make the intended changes to your subscription.
