Shelf life and storage guidelines

• Dry food:
  Our dry food is typically manufactured with a 15-month best-before date. To maintain its quality, store it unopened in a cool, dry place. Once opened, dry food should be used within 3 months.
  
  

• Wet food:
  Our wet food is usually manufactured with a longer shelf life of up to 24 months and should also be stored unopened in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate it and use it within 3 days.

The actual best-before date on your order will depend on how quickly the product moves through the warehouse. You can always find the exact best-before date printed on the product packaging.

Minimum shelf life guarantee
All products purchased directly from our website will have at least 12 weeks of shelf life remaining unless they’re clearly marked as clearance or short-life items.
