Q: I've received the wrong item in my delivery / my parcel contents are incorrect
If you experience a discrepancy between the products received and your order confirmation, please check any paperwork enclosed with your received product first. If everything looks correct or you have not received paperwork, then proceed to check your confirmation email and order records found within your Harringtons web account.
Should you still believe an incorrect product has been shipped to you, please take clear photos of them along with the packing slip paperwork (where available) and get in touch immediately using our Answerbot/ LiveChat service.
