If items are missing from your order, here's what to do;
Firstly, please compare your order confirmation email (including order refence) to what you have received - the order reference beginning with a hash tag should be present on the parcel label. If this does not answer your query, take a look at your order records found within your Harringtons account portal.
Consider split delivery
On occasion, your delivery may consist of multiple parcels. It is possible for these to be separated during courier transit, which is also known as a 'split' delivery. Please allow 3 full business days from your initial dispatch date, for outstanding product/s to arrive with you.
The courier's mobile app can help to identify any additional parcels in their network (it's available to download for Android or Apple/iOS devices). We provide download links in your order dispatch email, and here. Limited tracking data is also available via our website, however we would recommend the courier's system for the fullest information and updates: Track my parcel at the Harringtons Website
If tracking data on the courier's app or website does not confirm when you can expect to receive the outstanding goods, we will be more than happy to retrieve this information for you upon request - follow guidance below. We may require assistance from our delivery partner to investigate goods which are deemed to be without tracking in over 24 hrs of the last update. Once related investigations are concluded by their team, we will look towards resolution options as soon as possible.
