The courier is returning my order to Harringtons, what happens now?

When the courier confirms that your order is being returned 'to the sender', please inform our team here to ensure timely processing of the return. 

We will issue a refund no later than 14 days after the day we receive the products back from you or, if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that you have sent the products back (e.g. tracking reference / proof of postage).
