I haven’t received an order confirmation email – how do I know my order was received?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, don’t worry! Here are steps you can take to confirm whether your order was received:

1. Check your spam or junk folder

Order confirmation emails are sometimes filtered into spam or junk folders. Search for an email with a subject containing “#HAR-,” as all our order reference numbers start with this format.

2. Check the status of your order online

You can view your order history at any time by logging into your account at harringtonspetfood.com/account/login.

  • If you’ve forgotten your login details, use the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page to reset them.
  • Once logged in, navigate to your order history to check the status of any recent orders.

I’ve logged in, but I can’t see my order

If your order doesn’t appear in your account, double-check that you’re logged in with the correct email address.

It’s also possible there was a typo in the email address used during checkout. If this is the case, our customer care team can help locate your order using details such as your shipping address. They can also update your account to link the order with the correct email address.

What if I checked out as a guest?

If you completed your order as a guest, you can still access your order history by creating an account using the same email address you used during checkout. Once registered and your email is confirmed, you’ll be able to view past orders associated with that email address, even if they were placed as a guest.
