If you have already reported this issue to us and have received a ticket number - please do not select 'this article answered my question'. Doing so will close your original enquiry and prevent our team from engaging with you further.
Please let us know straight away and within our 30 day notice period
Our team will need to know:
- your unique order number*
- a brief description of which products are damaged and in what manner, including a photo**
- the stamped batch number and best before date from the damaged product packet***
*Your order number is confirmed by email when you complete your purchase. It begins with #HAR- and is followed by numerical digits.
**We would also ask whether the outer parcel was damaged on arrival and if it is, a supporting photo or two would be appreciated. Please keep attachments to a total of no more than 4/5 images.
***Batch data is usually found on the product itself, printed in black. The 'best before' or 'best before end' date can usually be identified by 'BB' or 'BBE'. It's very important for our team to receive this as soon as possible, where able.
