When your order has been despatched, you'll receive an email from us which includes a tracking number for your delivery.

We recommend you to download and use DPD's app to see the most accurate and up to date tracking information.

You can download the free DPD tracking app from your device's app store:

Once you have installed the app, open it and follow these instructions to set your preferences:

• Tap on the 'cogwheel' icon (top-left) to access your profile
• Select an address from the 'delivery addresses' section
• Fill out the details requested on-screen
  • (scroll down to reveal more preferences, such as preferred neighbour)
• Tap 'save' when you're happy with the details you've entered
