My parcel is delayed, what does that mean?

There are various reasons why your parcel could be delayed:

  • Courier may struggle to find your address
  • Delivery address may be incorrect
  • Damage or loss in transit may have occurred
  • An unexpected issue within the courier's network

Please consider our current delivery times before contacting our team (see here). During particularly busy periods, we will also update our website and Help Centre with notices concerning a change in delivery estimates.
