You can do it from your account at any time with an immediate effect on your future orders:
- Log in to our website using your account email and password
- Select SUBSCRIPTIONS > Manage My Subscriptions
- Select Shipping Addresses
- Select the address box you wish to change
- Move down the page until you see 'Update Shipping Address' in yellow, select it
Alternatively you can contact us to request this. Please allow us 1-3 working days to apply changes.
If you can’t access your account it probably hasn’t been activated, please see I can’t login into my account, my email is not recognised.
Please be advised your delivery address can't be changed after your order is confirmed but we can apply the change to your account for future deliveries.
