One-time customers
You may enter a new address at the checkout, before you provide the payment to complete your purchase.
Subscription customers
You can change the delivery address for future orders so please be aware that this will not affect any purchases you've already confirmed and been charged for with an HAR-... reference number by email or displayed on the Orders area of your Harringtons account.
To move your products to a different shipping address (a payment method will be linked to it), then visit your account's Subscription settings. Please sign-in to your Harringtons account in the usual way:
- Navigate to the Dashboard in My Account
- Select SUBSCRIPTIONS / My Subscriptions
- Select Payment Methods
- Select the payment method registered to your preferred shipping address, then Move Subscriptions
- Use check boxes to select which of your products you want to move to that selection
- Choose Move Subscriptions to confirm your changes
Should you decide to no longer move your items, before choosing the last step of the above process, select 'skip for now' to be taken back to your payment methods screen (no changes will occur).
If you can’t access your account to complete these steps, then it probably hasn’t been activated yet. For guidance, please select the article >> 'I can’t login into my account, my email is not recognised.'
Alternatively you can contact our team who'll be glad to move your products to the preferred address/ payment method. It may take a few days for our team to view and action your request, and we'll confirm by return message once it's done.
