You can change the delivery address for future orders, however please note that you cannot change the address on orders which have been placed and charged (confirmed with an HAR reference number).
To change the address in your Subscription settings for future orders:
- Log in to our website using your account email and password
- Select SUBSCRIPTIONS > Manage My Subscriptions
- Select Shipping Addresses
- Select the address box you wish to change then enter your details in the fields provided
- Move down the page until you see 'Update Shipping Address' in yellow, select it to confirm your changes
If you can’t access your account it probably hasn’t been activated, please see 'I can’t login into my account, my email is not recognised.' for guidance.
Alternatively you can contact us to request this. It may take a few days for your request to be completed but we'll confirm by return message.
