- Subscription orders: spend £30 or more per transaction
- One-time orders: spend £40 or more per transaction

Some areas are classed as 'harder to reach' and incur additional delivery charges due to increased costs from our delivery partners.
You can view the expected delivery charge before completing your order; simply proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details when requested. These will be displayed on-screen with an estimated delivery date, and there is no obligation to finalise your order at that stage.

Combined shipping for subscription products
Where products are set to the same shipment day and linked to the same address, they can be combined to a single consignment. This can benefit from free standard shipping where the terms of this offer are met (or reduced delivery in 'harder to reach' areas).
If you subscribe to more than one product and witness an unexpected shipping fee, check that all items have a matching placement - also known as 'Next shipment' date. Differing subscription frequencies per product can also affect when the next shipment date is due, so this should be checked for accuracy.
