Through the free DPD app, you can enable the More Time Needed function, specifically designed to support those who may need additional time. By selecting this option, you’ll ensure drivers are informed to wait a little longer for you to come to the door.

How the DPD App Supports Accessibility
The DPD app is designed to allow recipients to customise their delivery experience. With features like "leave safe" locations, preferred neighbours, and a “You’re Next” notification, the app ensures that drivers are briefed on your preferences before each delivery.

More Time Needed is a valuable addition for those who prefer or require an in-person delivery but may need extra time to answer the door. By activating this option, your delivery instructions will clearly indicate to drivers to provide the additional time you need.
