Q: How can I add delivery instructions to my order?
Answer:
Your Harringtons order will be shipped via one of our delivery partners (see our website, but primarily Dpd or DHL Parcel UK). When your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from us notifying you who your parcel is being delivered by.
Mobile tracking apps are provided by our delivery partners, allowing you to:
- Upload photo(s) of your property plus provide notes on how to find it/ describe it
- Describe where you'd like your shipment to be left if you're not available when they visit
- Set your preferred neighbour to take in your shipment, or neighbours to avoid
- Track your deliveries and select from a range of options in case you won't be in (i.e. new future delivery date)
Create your personal profile in each app when prompted, and the details you enter will be used for all future deliveries to the address/s entered.

You can download the free DPD tracking app from your device's app store:

Once you have installed the app, open it and follow these instructions to set your preferences:
- Tap on the 'cogwheel' icon (top-left) to access your profile
- Select an address from the 'delivery addresses' section
- Fill out the details requested on-screen
- (scroll down to reveal more preferences, such as preferred neighbour)
- Tap 'save' when you're happy with the details you've entered
DHL Parcel UK Courier
You can download the DHL Parcel UK app from your mobile's app store:

Once you have installed the app, open it and follow these instructions to set your preferences:
- Tap on the 'cogwheel' icon (top-left) to access your profile
- Select "My Profile Settings"
- Select your home address from the 'delivery addresses' section
- Fill out the details about your address (note: scroll down to reveal more preferences such as safe place).
