I have been charged incorrectly for shipping

A subscription is due, and I'm seeing a shipping fee

Your scheduled subscription will usually be confirmed by a reminder email. Within that email, applicable shipping charges will also be displayed so you can be aware and make changes as necessary, before the payment is taken.

Where the total spend per purchase is less than our minimum, a fee will apply. See here for details on how to get free subscription shipping.

I'm at the checkout and it's showing a shipping charge

To get free shipping, see here for details. If you believe that something's wrong then get in touch before completing your purchase.

I made a purchase, and it's charged me for shipping

Please check our current delivery policy to see if your order is eligible for free delivery.

If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, please get in touch (within 30 days). We will refund you if you have been charged due to a technical error.
