When processing your order, it may be packed into multiple boxes due to the number or weight of items. While we aim for all parcels to arrive together in a single delivery, there are situations where your order may be split, leading to parcels arriving at different times.
Why this happens
One common reason is van capacity. If a delivery van doesn’t have enough room to hold all your parcels together, the boxes may be sent on different vans. This can result in parcels being delivered at different times on the same day or, in some cases, on consecutive days.
A note about shipping labels
The shipping label on your parcel may state "1 of 1" even if multiple parcels are part of your order, and the tracking page may state the order has been delivered even though there may be another parcel on its way. This is a logistical issue related to how our delivery partner processes shipments and doesn’t mean that additional parcels aren’t on their way.
What to do if part of your order is missing
If you’ve received only part of your order, we recommend waiting until the end of the day before reporting it, as the remaining parcels may arrive later.
If the rest of your order still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact our customer care team for assistance. We’re here to help!
