Free delivery is available for all orders over £40 regardless of order type and location, and is applied automatically to eligible orders.

This is calculated based on the total of the order after any discounts have been deducted.

Combined shipping for subscription products

If you are subscribed to multiple products, they can be combined to a single delivery and benefit from free delivery if the total of the combined products is above £40.

For this to work, you need to ensure that products are set to be delivered to the exact same address and on the same dates.

If you've purchased multiple subscriptions via the website checkout on separate occasions, you may have created duplicate copies of your address within the subscription portal.
