When can I expect to receive my shipment?
Please refer to our main delivery information page for details including our daily cut-off times. We also pin any additional updates periodically to our front page of Help Centre; here.
Orders placed via checkout or the recurring subscription portal system will follow the guidance stated. The latter will auto-charge and place an order (where payment is successful) during the early hours of the selected date (also referred to as the 'Next shipment' or 'Your next order' in your subscription settings, or 'Your next order is scheduled for...' pre-notice email).
|
For Subscribers, the image demonstrates how your next order date will appear in Subscriptions portal - 'View your next order' Tip! The date selected is your order initiation date (the same day you are charged) - this is not your delivery date. Delivery estimates will be offered once your order is dispatched with our courier, see here |
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as occasional unforeseen delays in transit may result in your order arriving a few days later than anticipated. Please be aware that during exceptionally busy periods of demand, unavoidable transport issues (bad weather or major road closures for instance) or immediately following a bank holiday - we may expect a small backlog in our shipping times.
When does processing occur?
Our website will accept order placement at any time, day or night. Our hard working warehouse team will pack and send orders throughout the week (excludes bank holidays and other public holidays).
Bank / Public Holidays (England)
We don't send parcels on bank holidays or other public holidays usually, and will send those orders on the next working day.
What happens once my order leaves Harringtons HQ?
When your parcel has been collected, you will receive an email from our delivery partner to let you know when to expect your delivery. If this day isn't convenient for you, there will be options to reschedule to a difference date (up to 5 working days in the future), deliver to a neighbour of your preference or a specific safe place (see 'What if I'm not in when my parcel arrives?' for more information.)
Our delivery partner operates daily and most deliveries will occur between the hours of 8am and 8pm, whilst bank holidays and other public holidays are excluded. It is possible for exceptions to this, so please check your courier tracking data online or via their mobile app for the latest updates.
When can I track my parcel(s)?
Your parcel will become fully trackable after it has been collected from Harringtons by the delivery partner, which usually occurs mid-afternoon to late in the evening. To track it, please see: How do I track my order delivery?
I've received some products, but not others - where are they?
It's possible that our team has shipped multiple parcels to you, and they could be arriving separately. To check this, please see: My order arrived and products are missing
